I have a problem with Cilantro because it is NOT a true chelator, it extract the Mercury then leaves it in your blood. For us Iodine already does this so for now at least I see this as a detriment.

I haven't tried the others so no comment but how come Cayenne is there? Is it a true chelator or just a mobilizer?
