My lips are very manageable in the state they are in now. I don't worry much but they are not 100% normal. This is true about people that treat their bodies badly and still have great lips. However, everyone's systems are not the same.

The things my accupuncturist says about the lips are very interesting. TCM practitioners see the lips as an extension of the digestive tract. Disruption down there causes symptoms of inflammation and dryness on the lips. They are a major indicator of disorder in other parts of the body.
