Hello...

I have been to a chinese herbalist, an acupuncturist, two allergists, had two sets of allergy tests with two different naturopathic doctors, and kinesiology for allergies/food sensitivies with a holistic dermatologist.

No allergies and no food sensitivities that can be found through all of these testing methods.

Anyways, I have been on all sorts of diets. Most of the time I have gone without the typial alergens- milk, eggs, wheat, gluten, corn, etc.

I have also gone without refined Sugar or refined flour. None of this has produced any change.
