The nebulizer would be the way to go alright.  As you know, I use the good stuff from Utopia Silver.  Recently I was gone for a few weeks and had no silver, nor any of my oleader extract.  When I returned, that really nasty chest and congestion bug got me.  A third to half a bottle of silver a day, plus echinacea, heavy vitamin C, garlic and plant minerals and after a few days of touch and go, the tide has turned (others around here who had it before I did and have not taken silver, still have it).  ONe thing I did, not nearly as good as a nebulizer, but still . . .  was to get one of the little white nose spray bottles I have with CS in it (a good idea, because sometimes bacteria can get in the nasal passages) and instead of through the nose, spray it in my mouth as I breathed deeply.  It really seemed to help the lungs when I did.
