i've been reading about mucoid plaque and colon cleansing and that is why i started a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle. what i am confused about now is that this website supports the Blood Type Diet . i'm supposed to eat fish, meats, ets for a B type. but what about the MP and colon debris?
