I have been oil swishing for a little under a month or so now and here are the benefits that i have observed. My dandruff of over 10 years or so is nearly gone and i have tried numerous methods only to have it return. I went a couple of days without swishing and it returned so i know it disappears due to that. i assume the toxins being eliminated through the scalp are now being removed from the mouth cavity.my teeth and mouth feel clean like never before, making this an excellent mouth wash. my skin has improved considerably too.
I cannot get the oil to thin out first thing in the morning even after 15-20 mins but around mid-day to evening it thins to milky white quickly. I use sesame oil. i don't know if it is cold pressed but its working great. Energy levels are high and i have done 40 (no typing error here!) Liver Flushes as well but oil swishing has been great in conjunction with Liver Cleanses and i feel my Liver Flush has improved with it.
