I frequently go on sojourns into the fields and woods for weeks at a time  to "get back to nature" and clear my mind.  I usually do this with few modern conveniences.  Consequently, when I squat like a toad, it is not my mind that is being cleared of debris!  Even so, I believe there is a striking resemblance to some of the more outlandish practices of so-called enlightened men.
