since i know you are the one with the DC. I only did the oil pulling last night for the first time. I do notice a slight diff with my DC and puffyness but nothing major to really talk about. But then again, i also went to bed late....

anyway, I have a question, after the oil pulling do you brush your teeth, use a tongue scraper and do you rinse with baking soda or Sea Salt water??

I have a tongue scraper that i try to use after every meal. I have so much residue on my tongue its CRAZY!..lol
