I'm at two weeks of oil pulling. I have some other health things going on right now so it is hard to tell what the oil pulling is doing for me. One of which is completely quiting caffeine (on day 9 of no caffeine). I was quite an addict so this is a big move for me. I was really hoping the oil pulling would give me some energy to help with the fatigue! :)

My mouth and teeth feel cleaner. I also bought some oregano oil and love the tingly natural freshness it give my mouth.
