Thanks for posting that Molly. I guess I was on the right track to spit it out every 5 minutes.

I wonder why everyone recommends oil pulling only on an empty stomach? Hmmm...

Seceond point: Although olive oil is on his list, I'll stick with sunflower oil because all the experts seem to agree this will work, it's cheaper, and it has a milder flavor.
