Alright, thanks again. I am taking a fiber/ cleanser supplement that contains fiber along with Bentonite clay, slippery elm, marsh mallow root, ect. Do you think taking this along with juice fasting would be an effective method and when might you recommend trying another flush? Thanks again, Bob
