Don't be afraid to ask questions, that's how we learn, and gaining understanding is the best thing you can do.

First off- the idea of parasites does play on your mind/emotions. Had I known going into this what I was going to be seeing in my toilet, would have probably scared me to death! Like my dad said when I would tell him about "another big worm in the toilet" story..."You'd better start taking the shotgun in the bathroom with you!" :)

But, that's the good news--if you are using the 3 main ingredients of most all the herbals (wormwood, Black-Walnut , and cloves), they don't come out alive. :) They STINK, and you'll be afraid to light a match in your bathroom, or when you "pass gas" :) But like the saying here is "BETTER OUT THAN IN!" Thank goodness I took an attitude of curiousity, and not one of fear that can happen pretty easily when you start seeing them. Not all people will see things either, it depends on the parasite infection. I saw buckets- different varieties.

So, yes, the colon cleansing is extremely important, not just for eliminating the dead parasites, but for eliminating the toxins they give off. All the other organs are affected by bowels not working properly too- and especially the liver, which was what was hurting me so badly. Poor liver, I can understand now what the poor darned thing was trying to do--not only was it plugged up with flukes and stones, but all the toxins/ammonia, etc comes back to the liver to get refiltered when it's not eliminated through the bowel.

Plus, the mucoid plaque that builds up in the walls of the bowel, give the parasites the place to hide. Getting it loosened up and eliminated is a huge part of getting rid of the parasites.

Do you have the Hulda Clark book? No, I didn't first do kidney cleansing, but I am now- and she recommends doing it first. Everyone has their own ideas of what works best- I'm just taking the John Christopher's, which wasn't expensive.

It can be expensive--but seriously looking back on it now...much to my husband's dismay that I'm now admitting this- it didn't have to be as expensive as it was. I used Barefoot's dewormer, which really does work good- but if you buy it by the single bottle it's $50 a bottle- I would buy 4 at a time, which would be $145 including shipping and handling--EDIT- (THere's a discount for buying more than one bottle at a time.) Yes, it works well, and I have no doubt it was effective. But, it's the 3 main ingredients that do the job- and you can mix your own, which many people here do.

No doubt the zapper would have sped up this whole process, along with the herbals. I just put some information on the Simple Zapper (it's out of Hulda Clark 's book) in a thread above this. How unfortunate that we have doubts that such simple, inexpensive things can work. I wouldn't have believed it had I not tried it and felt and seen the results first hand. I would definelty recommend that people use it with the herbals- if you can afford the more expensive one, and are willing to fork out the money, I'm sure it's worth it. It was just always something on my "wish list" that I could never seem to have enough money for, so never obtained, unfortunately...but NOW I know, it doesn't have to be expensive to work too. :)

But, it's like Glaxony says- it is a process, and it's not going to be done with any magical silver bullet. Some days you'll feel like you're making progress, some days you'll wonder if it will ever end. 1 step forward, 2 steps back- isn't that how Glaxony said it?

Thank God I have had the support of a husband that knew how sick I was going into this. I didn't have to say anything to him, he has been doing it right along with me just from watching me. :) But, you're right, people don't want to hear about it, and many will think you are just plain nuts for even saying anything.

At first, I bought extra bottles of Barefoot's to have on hand for my 3 kids (in their 20's) to use- and each of them know how sick mom has been- and say they know they need to...

But, at the same time- now that I've gone this far and can look back on it- I agree with what Dr. Sutter and what my own Dr. told me--don't think you can do this in a month- and my view now is that if someone is truly willing to do it- they need to make a firm committment that they are going to stick with it no matter how much fun it isn't...there is die off, there are unpleasant things that you'll encounter. Stopping in the middle of it is the worst thing you could do. Or freaking out mentally because you feel them moving when you get them agitated.

It also depends on the type of parasites you have. I have lived around livestock all of my life- horses are known to be infected with strongyloids (sp?) and ascarids. The gentle nurse/milk cows I practically lived in the barn with, grafting orphaned calves onto--definelty had flukes in the area where I lived then...little did I know humans could too until I started seeing them first hand.

From what I'm understanding now though from how the pollutants and parasites go hand in hand- Fluke disease is in people who have never been around livestock- because of what we live with in our modern day world. That's also probably why changing tactics to kill them has had to happen ( Hulda Clark 's studies), and why what worked 50 years ago for parasites isn't working the same now. Fluke Disease wasn't so prevalant 50 years ago as it is now because of our modern day pollutants, that we don't even realize are pollutants.

If you haven't visited it, go read, and ask questions on Dr. Sutter's forum. Curing himself of liver cancer with parasite cleansing/liver flushing- plus being a chiropractor, is fortunate for us that he has been down this path successfully.

And he'll tell you the same thing- don't ever be afraid of asking questions.

There's alot of confusion here, but there's also alot of wisdom here..you just have to sort things out, do alot of reading- and try it for yourself.
