I have been doing OP 2 weeks now with Sesame Oil; still trying to find Sunflower oil. I do it once a day, first thing in the morning for 15-20 minutes.

My teeth are whiter and my skin is softer. Still waiting on the energy and hope this will eventually help the bags under my eyes.
