I myself was about to enjoy the gym sauna again, really! I was on the verge and then came across your post. I just remembered that while on the fast we are to avoid extreme elements. I am thinking that means temperatures. Let me know what u think, i am also interested in aiding my body on this fast, but not at the chance of my body making me end this fast sooner than i want.
