You're right about the yogurt. I read many years ago, during my hippy years, that dairy products made your body produce mucus but I had forgotten it.

I'm going to start brushing my teeth with OOO also. Your post about it's effects is very encouraging. My gums have receded and I don't have the money or the fortitude to have my gums worked on.
