I just took my first teaspoon of cream of tartar. It's not bad at all. Very easy to do. I am wondering if anyone knows of other unrelated pros and cons about consuming cream of tartar on a regular basis. I have searched online and cannot find any health pros or cons besides getting rid of candida. Anyone know anything?
