thanks. i decided i'm flushing today instead of tomorrow, didn't have much to eat for breakfast anyway. i know what my body can take and i know at the rate it's going i wouldn't make it through the night.

so take as much water as you need then? sounds good to me. we'll be flush buddies for the day :)

let's compare our results in the next couple of days lol
