Dr. Klein's book is the way to go. I have been on his diet for over six months now with amazing results. Its a very simple protocol to follow. Who doesn't like to eat fruits? I love the fact that I don't need to take supplements, either. Any other theory of curing UC is the equivalent of taking drugs from a regular GI doctor. They simply just mask the symtoms. They don't cure the UC!!! Stay on Dr. Klein's program and you won't have to do anything else.
