I wish that would be my problem. I stay up until 12:30; then seem to want to get up at 5AM. Bad, bad, bad.

Are you still working the night shift? It is no wonder your circadian cycle is screwed up. I did that back in the late 60s. No matter how long I slept during the day, I just never got enough sleep. I was never hungry during that time either.
