thanks tigger...that makes sense about the blood Sugar level...ive been laying off the cokes and candy...only having one cafinated coffee a day...stepped up my walking regimine today it was 137/76 i will definitely go to that site...if you think of anything else let me know..i rather flash than hrt but i rather be cool than both the other options lol.....
