mantras- the mantra can clear the mind- for me only a clear mind results in the trip up the spine

mudras with breathing for me ...

BREATHING, yep-

But to add to my already experienced path I am reading about some herbs that are pretty wild and sometimes reults in a hard landing

Does anyone know the formula?
