Then please share with us, oh wise one, what that one cure is because it sure isn't water. I'm NOT focusing on symptoms, I am focusing on the MANY CAUSES (PLURAL). My allergies stem from an overloaded liver (liver flushes), toxins in the body(cleanses) and adrenal fatigue (adrenal extracts, lifestyle changes, diet, and nutrition.)

I never argued that the Water Cure wasn't beneficial. As I said, I follow it myself, and drank at least half of my weight in oz of water daily. I totally agreed that hydration is a foundation of good health. So I don't know why you are arguing with me. Your response was very flippant and uncalled for. All I was saying is that dehydration is not the cause of histimine/inflammatory based illnesses for everyone. I'm sorry I burst your bubble on your strongly held belief that the majority of histimine responses are caused by dehydration. I guess it bothers you to have living proof to the contrary. Histimine reactions ARE more complicated than you make them out to be. Most people who are here, have complicated problems that require more than one solution.
