I think you misunderstood my post. I agreed that hydration is a foundation for health. I was just pointing out that histimine reactions have many causes, as I can attest. I have drunk well over half my body weight in water daily for years, and I still have allergies, which is most definitely a histimine response. I'm glad your kids headaches and rashes went away, but for many of us, hydration is NOT the issue, and it truly isn't that simple, though I wish it was.
