Hi

I started having awfull hot flashes a few years back. I mean head spin could not stand up straight either.
Wheatgrass does not do that unless it is unsettling the blood Sugar level. I read that Sugar levels can make hot flashes start.
It is better to get the hormone stuff sorted first. Look at Dr john lee MD site he has a llittle questionaire to help you determine what hormone/s are out of balance. most women are estrogen dominant over a low level of progesterone.Alos you can have anxiety as well if hormones are out. that can put BP up.
His books are ace -- good but heavy reading. I think someone has done a book that simplifed it all recently.
Meanwhile I also use dr shulzes female formula stuff as well. My bp is a regular 110/80 now.
