Once a day first thing in the morning
Brush with salt & baking soda and crystal salt before
Sunflower Oil w/ a couple drops oregano oil
7 - 10 minutes (once or twice)
Brush with salt & baking soda and crystal salt after
Followed w/ 1 teaspoon sole (so-lay') and glass of water
A couple of weeks so far

I feel more clean and energetic
Teeth are whiter and less bleeding gums
BM better
sinuses are better
Joints feel better
Lost couple of pounds
I plan to continue this
