Hi, I am so glad for this forum. Anyways, quick history, I have thought I had IBS-C for many years, now I had meta-metrix test done, and it did not find parasites but did find alot of candida. Well, I still think I have parasites & the guy who does my colonics even told me they would probably not show up on the test.

So he had me on Standard Process Zymex 2 & Wormwood Complex for one month. He had me take 12 pills a day of each, so 24 pills each day. This was few months ago.

Well, now I know I have candida also. But the lady who sent me for the meta metrix test swears that I don't have parasites since they did not show up on test.

So she has me taking Zymex (not Zymex 2) & Multi-Zyme. She says we want to re-establish the good bacteria but not kill anything. I am ready to kill it. I feel so much better when I get some out. And it does look like the images I have seen on this site.

After reading jessesmom posts, I swear we have the same thing, she emailed me back about this forum.

So basically I want to do more & was wondering if I should start Zymex 2 again along qith Zymex 1 (but mabey not take so many this time).

I really need to get well. I am following the diet pretty well, I think I saw a tapeworm last week that I have posted in the images section on the parasite & candida forums.

I have been taking a few things like probiotics, iodine, oregano oil, garlic & going to alternate the garlic with goldenseal. I also do castor oil packs, exercise & do yoga.

I also take alot of magnesium for chronic constipation & try to take some fiber & flax stuff daily.

I was on BC pills for 16 yrs, conicidentally since this started.

I have been off them now for about two months.

Any advice?
