Thank you Chiron, that is encouraging!
I think I should give it another go and start doing it again. Maybe it is true that it unsets toxins in the liver and that is what is causing the blockage then.
This weekend I will be doing a Liver Flush and starting Monday it will be OP every morning again.
In retrospect, I also noticed that the circels around my eyes got far more darker when I did the OP. I will let you know if that will be the case again.

I sure am curious if other people have notice effects on the regularity of BM.
