Well anyone who has had insommia knows that sleep deprivation can cause health problems, so that would not be good and isolation depending on how long can cause mental breakdown...not good but I don't get what is wrong with blind folding. It can be used as a great time to meditate and nudity..well..depending on the reason for it. (no pictures or humiliation please) I don't see anything wrong. Let's just hope we don't over feed them and cause obesity and health problems. We will really be in hot water then.
