Honestly, I think it's probably a bigger problem that you are rejecting the animals and your husband than that you may have parasites. If you're refusing to be involved intimately with the others with whom you live, and are so terrified to touch those with whom you have some relationship and obligation, then in some ways you may as well just give up, as you aren't able to be there for others who need you. I think you should chip away at the parasite problem (it doesn't happen overnight), or leave it be for awhile and start living. I think sometimes people become so over-focused on health issues that that takes over their whole life and they become miserable people (miserable inside themselves as well as miserable to be around). It's not fair to punish the animals and your husband because of your health fears and issues.
Illnesses don't automatically make people miserable. Lack of decent connections with others does.
Please don't take this as an attack. I don't mean it that way, and you and others may disagree with me. Sometimes I feel myself becoming focused on something (whether it's health or some project), and I have to keep it from becoming some kind of obsession like that. What's the point of rejecting your animals and family because of your health or fear of getting more parasites (believe me, I have issues with parasites too)...you may end up getting healthy some day, but find yourself alone. I would rather have my partner and animals feel loved than clean myself of every or even any parasite. I also think your immune system is hurt by isolation.
