So is it the action of the bile moving that causes the ducts to flush some of the waste away? I don't really understand how it works either, since if my liver ducts are clogged, how does anything get through? If my gb is clogged, how can it pump? I would think that the more clogged a person is, the fewer stones he would get at the beginning and would only get more as his liver and gb emptied.

I think I read how it worked a few months ago but I've been reading so much that everything is blurring into a weird warp of reality/opinion.
