I was just wondering..has anybody experienced a rise in blood pressure from drinking 1 oz of pure wheatgrass daily? ive always been pretty much 120/80 but i notice im getting intense hot flashes (im in the beginning of menopause) and my blood pressure has been between 150/90 and 131/86. Last 2 days i have backed off..if anyone has any insight on this i would appreciate it.
