Ruth and Arnold...

I had the same thought exactly as Ruth -- he's so GOOD!

I also had no idea about the not taking C and Iodine together -- I have been doing that lately, mixing up some cider, C, and adding some iodine. It *is* confusing with all of the nutrients. I think there is a sample protocol at breastcancerchoices.org.

I am trying to be so good. I caved to a desire for ice cream, so have mixed a bunch of cayenne pepper in it and am eating some -- I hope no bad reaction occurs with that. Cayenne is great with ice cream and I think it cuts down the congestion ice cream sometimes causes me.
