I hope you will all indulge me....I can't believe we are on Page 4 of this forum already!

Can you take a moment to give your info so that we can track the group that is doing this for the first time?

If you can give some info....I'll start.

Once a day a.m.
Sunflower Oil
(1) 20 minutes or (2) 10 minutes (unless I feel like hurling)
Wash out with warm water and Sea Salt
Brush with Xylitol toothpaste
(will be receiving Dr. C's gum powder)
2 months now

Much whiter teeth - at least 4 shades
Less pain around gum line
gums appear very healthy, pinker, and slight improvement, like growing back over recession
Nasal passages much clearer
Heels are not as cracked as used to be

Thanks, hope this isn't a lot to ask for the posters here. We just have so many new people that are posting, and we seriously don't know all the things that pulling can do yet.
