I disagreed with the statement about Japanese not taking calcium supplements... this based upon consumer data and "no" dairy; there is "some" consumed though the market is small.

I agreed that ANY supplementation is "tricky", including calcium.

As someone once stated in another forum when, if this is taken, you must take this to complement; supplementation of any kind can become a "slippery slope".
