if oil pulling the day of a Liver Flush interferes with the flush, we need to confirm this and make it known. it makes sense - oil should be avoided the day of the flush until the OO/grapefruit juice mix is taken that night. pulling the next morning is another question: just before the first epsom salt? right after? not until the secand ES? when is best? i forget exactly when the person who reported this did it, but pulling the next day seems to produce a lot of toxins real fast. maybe a bunch of pulls the next day are in order!

still, evidence is showing both local and systemic detoxing from pulling. really good data and news!
