*Yes! Any time we're struggling with anything, it's upstream. To limit the wonderful wholistic capabilities of the body is in itself upstream.


NOW I tell myself I enjoy giving my body nourishment to do its job on being healthy :-)

I cant see myself discontinuing iodine, vitamins and organic foods and only apply LOA :-) How about you?

*Monica, I'm currently on day 15 of a fast. I started this initially because I wanted to clean my body out. Bacteria, viruses, etc...all holding in of frequencies less than coherent Love.

Now the fast has evolved into something MUCH more. I feel as though I'm aligning every aspect of my being. Every day I go deeper & deeper into the quest for that which is my truest nature. I feel as though layers of crap are melting away with each new epiphany of what Life is at its center. As I reach my center, I find that I'm peeling away the layers of selfhood that no longer serve but only hinder.

When I DO resume eating, I know (at least at this current writing ;-)) that I will DESIRE only the highest frequency foods for this amazing body I'm residing in. However, I'll rely more on what my heart tells me instead of my source for nutrition/supplements being fear based - which it has been for many, many years.
