I used to think of taking certain supplements to get rid of toxins and eat organic to avoid toxins. Obviously upstream thoughts!

NOW I tell myself I enjoy giving my body nourishment to do its job on being healthy :-)

I cant see myself discontinuing iodine, vitamins and organic foods and only apply LOA :-) How about you?
