You find a nice looking box and write on top in a easy to notice way "Whatever is contained in this box--IS". Then you put clip-out from magazines of things such as furniture, buildings, travel pics etc or simply written down descriptions of things that exemplify the desires you hold in your box and say "Whatever is contained in this box--IS". This will strengthen your focus on your desires and make the universe bring more things like that in your experience. You put things you want or want to do in this box.

Its one of the processes in the book "Ask and it is given" :-)
