I am feeling tired, but a relaxed kind of tired. I didn't feel tired the first two days, I had lots of energy. Today I almost feel like I got a lot of exersize or something (weird!) But I don't have a black tongue. That sounds like toxins coming out of the body.

I can't do a pull for more than ten minutes at a time right now because when it comes to around ten minutes the taste of the toxic stuff makes me want to hurl!
