That's interesting you said that because I ran out of my whole food, natural vitamins about a week ago. So, I didn't take anything for a few days and then I picked up a prenatal vitamin at Costco (that's probably not as good as the one I was taking) over the weekend. I wonder if that has anything to do with the reason I'm having a relapse. I'm going to get back on the vitamin I was taking and I'll keep you posted.
