FYI Laura -

I've been discussing the salt loading thing with Wombat. I think she's posted some things about that. There is a point that you can get too saturated with salt, and then it can start working against you. She has stopped doing any salt loading and is trying to get other forum members to understand where she is coming from. I agree with her as I had a terrible experience with it.

I just wanted to pass that onto you.....
