Don't stop the OP! I'm doing it and getting flare-up reactions too, but that means that it's working. All in all I feel better at the same time I get the reactions which is hard to explain. I'm using Sunflower but I would like to try Sesame next time. I heard that same thing but I don't know why it can be used for a shorter duration.
