It could be you are actually sick and not just detoxing. My wife, who was not on the Master-Cleanse with me, had an extremely sore throat, became a nasty head cold, then migrated to her chest. Her throat was sore and swollen on one side. Just be careful and take care of yourself. The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) might help with the sore throat. Might want to try gargling with salt water throughout the day. It helps me, plus it will help dry up any sores in your throat (inflamed tonsils, etc.).
