The "new" Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is no longer the same chemical as the original MSG. Worse Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) is now intentionally created by high heat processing; milk is an example of that. If your dairy requires stabilizers in their Whip cream then they use this method for all their milk products and you get MSG.

The new "No Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) added" labels are also a head fake since the processing of spice mixes with similar methods creates MSG right inside the food product.

MSG will deplete your CoQ10, primarily from heart and brain and neutralize your Taurine. A fix for inadvertent poisoning is Pharma grade CoQ10 and Mag. Taurate (contains Taurine).
