I have read alot of posts that say how the ingredients of an Liver-Flush make the gall bladder contract and push out the stones and toxins, but can sumone please explain how it helps to get out the stones and other toxins that are congesting the liver.

P.S. I have always used the Hulda Clark method of flushing so an explanation of her method in particular would be helpfull.
