I am type B and have just read some articles about foods to eat and not eat due to blood type. I am trying to figure out why I am sluggish, tired, having trouble sleeping, weight loss, skin problems, fog-headed, and basically not how I used to be.

Any help on which foods to stay away from for B is grateful.
