"Credible doctor from Columbia University"

His degree is from Columbia and went into psychiatry.  In the days that he studied medicine, doctors received either about zero or three credit hours in nutrition.  (Same background as Dr. Stephen Barrett of Quack Watch - MD with no nutritional training, and a psychiatrist.)  What does his diet consist of?

(I'm Type II without medication - diet alone.)
