thanks for the tips. I like the sound of the cornsilk i think I can handle that. I did not know that congestion would cause that. Weird. I would not have thought of myself as congested either fairly regular. I just figured I would clean everything out after my massage made me so sick. I felt there was more to what was causing my constant energy drain besides having kids :)

I will keep you all updated on my success or progress whichever the case may be.
