I am used to the molasses now and with the juice its actually not bad and I look forward to it.Never thought I would say that, but hey whatever makes you feel good.
I am eating with the cleansing since it takes about 3 months for the first cleanse it can take longer, but you are supposed to do 3 months if you still are having gunk then you do another month and so forth. It all depends on your age and how healthy you have been living. no longer than 6 months, but you can continue with the psyllium as a regular fiber aid if you need too.
I am eating mostly raw, for the first time in a long time I am not hungry all the time. Partly this is because of the fiber, but I am wondering if I was so ravenous all the time because of the parasites. I know there is a lot more in there. Funny thing I have 3 kids and they like to jump on my stomach and I have always been really tender in my lower abdomen. Today my two year old did this and it still was tender, but I didnt yell or scream in pain like the other times. I have no idea if its because of the cleanse or not.
cornsilk tea huh what taste does it have if any at all. I like teas. What is the dosage and for how long before I do a liver cleanse. This is all new to me so thanks for the advice its very helpful.
enemas, no I have never done one. is there a specific one you like or a store brand. I find it kinda scary to think about, but have heard most people have success with them.
