I got really disenheartened when I saw the food list. Everything I love is banned!
You say that you do feel better physically though? I guess I will give it a try.
I've always had a great physique, good metabolism, but the past year and 1/2 or so, I've probably gained about 15-20 lbs. Yikes! Not a good thing especially when only stand 5'3"!


Ooops, I guess what happens when you get to be thirty-something!
